History
Our story begins in Zurich, Switzerland in 1995 where the inception of Worldbox in a small pizzeria where three members of the Worldbox team decided to put their ideas on International Business Information into reality.
During his previous tenure with other successful local Swiss Credit Agencies, Adrian Ashurst established Worldbox AG in 1995, firstly only serving basic content on Swiss Companies. It was only a few years later that Worldbox decided to serve the Industry with reports for Switzerland only, and now over 20 years later Worldbox covers the World with subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Canada.

In addition to its subsidiaries, Worldbox has branches in Portugal, Mauritius, Romania, Philippines with a Joint Venture in Thailand and partnership and Kenya.
Worldbox core vision has always been using traditional research with IT development and database loads to compliment each other to offer the products and services the industry demands from us today. The technology has always been a driving factor in how Worldbox maintains and builds its relationships to keep up with fast demands.
Relationships among peers in the industry has been an important role in our growth with many we consider friends today, and by including our extended teams from around the world we hope to introduce them to BIIA, FEBIS and the Asiagate family.
